How do I find what I worked on last week?

Finder can list files by date modified, but not pages or copies. In Trawl, type the day ("last friday") to see that day's timeline, or turn the time dial to Week while searching a topic.

The built-in way (free)

  1. Finder > Recents, sorted by Date Last Opened.
  2. A smart folder with "Last modified date is within last 7 days".

With Trawl

  1. Type "what did I read about pricing on friday" to search one day.
  2. Code is grouped by project, so you see "bienzoli · 14 files".
