How can I see what I was doing on my Mac yesterday?
Screen Time shows how long you used each app, but not what you worked on. Trawl shows your day hour by hour: pages and videos you visited, searches, files you edited, things you copied and apps you opened. Ask "what was I doing yesterday afternoon" or press ⌘ D.
The built-in way (free)
- System Settings > Screen Time shows app usage per day.
- Browser history (⌘ Y) shows pages by time.
With Trawl
- Ask in plain words: "tuesday afternoon", "last night", "3 days ago".
- Use ‹ › to move between days.
